Sprucing Spaces Session- $150

One of our most popular options includes a consultation up to one-hour with verbal step-by-step staging recommendations specific to your property. The session through includes “curb-to-closet” suggestions that you can then implement to spruce up spaces. During the in-home visit, clients are encouraged to take notes. The consultation includes paint color selection for one room if necessary (a fee of $25 for each additional room).

Staging Strategy Report - $350

This option includes an in-home consultation which is then followed up with a detailed step-by-step Staging Strategy Report (SSR) with recommendations for all areas “curb-to-closet.” The SSR is a prioritized “do-it-yourself” guide and includes a photo album of trouble spots with our hand written notes. The SSR will be sent to you via mail within 3 to 5 business days. The report includes paint color selection for two rooms if necessary (a fee of $25 for each additional room).
Pricing is based on homes of 3,000 sq. ft. or less. An additional charge will apply for homes 3,000 sq. ft. or greater.

Set the Stage to Sell
