 Thomas Holmes, ASP, is an Accredited Staging Professional™ and the president & founder of Staging Holmes, Inc.™ Thomas works with real estate professionals and homeowners to prepare a property to sell from "curb to closet." His expertise includes design layout and space utilization. Thomas has several years of creative design and marketing experience. He is a graduate of Syracuse University's school of Visual and Performing Arts. Thomas is also the founding president of the Boston International Association of Home Staging Professionals® (IAHSP) Regional Chapter (BIRC).

Lynsey M. Holmes
 Lynsey M. Holmes, ASP, is the project manager for Staging Holmes, Inc.™ Lynsey joined her brother, Thomas, to bring a fresh innovative approach to staging. She works closely with homeowners and real estate professionals to provide them with the necessary steps they need to sell for top dollar! Lynsey and the team were recently featured in an article on home staging that appeared in the Boston Globe Magazine. Lynsey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Center for Communication and the Arts at Regis College.

 Lynne Ellis, ASP, is an Accredited Staging Professional and staging specialist for Staging Holmes, Inc.™ With her extensive background in interior, floral and landscape design, Lynne lends her expertise and creativity to accentuate your property's best features and overall marketability. She resides with her family in Hopedale and is dedicated to serving Norfolk and Worcester Counties.

Kim Montella
 Kim Montella, ASP, is an Accredited Staging Professional and interior stylist for Staging Holmes, Inc.™ Kim has nearly eight years of design experience including styling for home magazine photo shoots and interior redesign. Her work has appeared in and on several covers of national magazines such as Design New Jersey, Romantic Homes, Woman’s Day, and Small Room Decorating. Kim is a graduate of SUNY ESF at Syracuse University and is also a Massachusetts Registered Professional Civil Engineer. She recently relocated back to Massachusetts from New Jersey. Kim currently resides with her family in Acton and will be serving the northwest section of Middlesex County.

Kim Macumber
 Kim Macumber is a Select Solutions Specialist for Staging Holmes, Inc.™ Kim brings many years of experience to the team and has designed interiors for both high end homes as well as prestigious firms from Atlanta to Boston. She believes a home has a soul which reflects the character and personality of those who live there. Kim worked in the high end resort industry after graduating from Auburn University with a degree in Fashion and Textiles. From Paris to New York, Milan to Miami, Kim’s extensive travel has provided an eclectic yet comfortable style.
